Certified New York City Feng Shui Consultant, Mary Egan is the founder of Tandy Rose Design, a consulting firm established in 2019.  As a Feng Shui expert, Mary is dedicated to bridging the gap between the ancient Chinese orientation practices with modern day design.  Having practiced Feng Shui for 5+ years, Mary’s passion for teaching is grounded in helping people create a more harmonious environment in their homes and offices.  This in turn assists in achieving personal goals. A Feng Shui consultation provides design guidance through placement of objects, color choices, maximizing natural light, and other various techniques which in turn balances the energy within the space. 

Mary’s approach combines the traditional Bagua map with the Five Element Theory to establish the layout of the space.  Once the space is carefully assessed, she applies her client’s circumstances, goals, and taste to the aesthetics of the floorplan.  This unique approach allows for the eastern philosophies of Feng Shui without compromising the client’s style.
